    It might if you fantasize about porn. My recommendation is to be in the moment, focus on physical sensations and your partner.

    Also, it is very helpful to decide on a challenge and stick to it. Mine is no PM so BJs are ok. For some people it is no PMO. You can make a commitment also.

    I'm definitely doing no PM and I was trying to do the full PMO but recieved a BJ after 13 days. So I'm going to stick with no PM and maybe go on little streaks of no O just to speed things up
