    I went 18 months hard mode which cured my 16 year addiction. I went back to edging and masterbation without porn for 8 months after that due to stress during covid. I masterbated or edged 1-3 days a week I stopped a week ago how long do you estimate it will take me to heal again. I have developed anxiety and brain fog during these last 8 months.
