Recovering from Porn addiction with my couple

Hi! Im a young 18 years old guy from Argentina, it was an amazing new that this web existed, so here i am!
My problem: ED because excesive use of pornography, i personally never thought that this was gonna be a problem (Consuming porn) but now i have realized (and early, thanks god) that isn't an atraction problem but a psicological one (having erections quicklywatching porn only and they dont last long).
SO, i deleted all my porn from the pc, and unfollow any girl or thing that makes me think THAT way, i talked about this with my girlfriend and she is so awesome that she understand me and encourage me to this process.
I need help with 2 things:
1.- it's okay in this case that she gives me, lets say oral sex/hand jobs? I mean, the interaction between 2 people is not the same as fapping alone in your room
2.- any tips from recovering on this Porn problem? Or just time and beeing constant?
