Just a quick update on the journey as I haven't been here for a while. In Nov 20 I regrettably switched back to prone for a few weeks but I quickly re-committed to not doing it again and have held out since then and I am confident that I should be able to maintain this now forever. I can now reach O at almost the same time as I used to with prone (with no porn or porn substitutes etc) so I no longer get frustrated and switch methods. I still get the urge to go prone but it is noticeably less now. I have noticed something else too - my urge for MO has increased compared to when I used to use prone. I don't know if this is because of the switch or because I spend alot more time at home with lockdown. I think the latter is a bigger cause. Going from this to stopping altogether is the hard part though.
