    I started nofap 307 days ago, i relapsed after the first 6 months. Some people thought i didn't relapse in 307 days. I didn't reset my counter i thought it would help me. But i was wrong, after that i pmoed for weeks. Then i went a month then i relapsed again. Before nofap i only abstained from porn once for a month. I am happy with my improvement but of course not satisfied. I will beat my pmo/porn addiction eventually.
    For now often i will reset my counter every time i relapse.
