Recovery schedule for first 72 hours after relapse ( chaser effect mitigation )

You all are aware of the chaser effect. I personally have seen the urges to be strongest during the first 72 hours of relapse.

The memory of the relapse is fresh and you don't have a good streak to preserve. So that's why its more likely that you will relapse again during this period. This cycle keeps on continuing and I have seen this happen to people who reset after long streaks as well.

Hence I would like to know about your experiences and possibly come up with a schedule that would help relapsers during first 3 days.

A few things that I do are:
1) No internet other than work related stuff
2) No romantic music(audio/video)
3) Frequent exercise.
4) Sleep and wake up on time
5) Discuss more about your problems with friends (on nofap or other forums)
