Reddit is dangerous

I think somehow reddit is worse than instagram, because instagram has p-subs but on reddit there're literally NSFW subreddits that could be accessed with just a click if you're horny and you're browsing memes because you're bored.

Many people stress banning instagram, but I also want to raise awareness to the entire reddit NSFW thing and I advise you to block reddit also if you don't need it.

  2. I only used Reddit for self help. I’m not sure if you can block adult content on there but I’m pretty sure you can. However, it’s also very easy to access if you aren’t careful. Yes, you are correct in that, Reddit poses the same danger as Instagram does when it comes to adult content. Your better off not using those sites at all.

  3. What kind of content/adds is on reddit? Sorry I'm not familiar with it

I’m not an Instagram person. Wonder if it has to do with me not liking FB. When the word Instagram comes to mind, I imagine girls who got nothing better to do with their times, so they just go on there posing.

Reddit and Twitter on the other hand, these are the two places I frequently visited but now, much less. And when I do, it’s mostly following a link to it from a news article or forum post. I don’t randomly visit reddit/twitter and mindlessly scroll through it like I used to because of the nsfw contents on there.

For those that are easily tempted, I highly suggest you stay away from twitter and reddit.

  5. I used to browse on Twitter/Reddit a lot but I don’t think I will anymore because of the nsfw content.

  6. Just depends on what your interested in. There’s subreddits about food, there’s subreddits about music etc.

I know, but there are trolls and it's just not really a "safe environment" I would say. There may be triggers. Like those posts marked "NSFW" and basically you can access porn with just a click, you don't even need to type the porn website name.

So true. I was browsing reddit forums related to my career and all of a sudden the thought popped in for porn-related stuff and boom, I was on a forum related to sexual shit. Of course this resulted in PMO. It's amazing how we have to deal with so many traps all the time, it pisses me off how easy it is to fuck up.

Yeah, reddit is one of my biggest triggers. Either the mean comments trigger me to go to porn or the nsfw tags. Either way its a pretty toxic place. Very little peace, joy, kindness, etc.

I can't agree with this enough. There is porn all over reddit. It's better just to stay away IMO. If you really want to find something, learn something, etc., you'll be able to find it somewhere else. Going to reddit is just too dangerous.
