There is a lot of discussion about Physical dysfunction PIED DE and to some extent about PE. But there is not a lot of discussion or threads about Refractory Periods.
Severe PMO/PIED sufferers tend to have a broken or a non existent refractory periods even in their 20s during their prime. Have any of you had such issues.
1.Were you able to go more than once during your peak pmo years while suffering from pied(semi erections) in the first round?
2.And did you have painful sore dick while trying to get erect for the next round through some physical stimulation from your SO? Though it wouldnt have led to an erection but only a painful semi sore dick?
3.And during recovery, Have you had wet dreams in the middle of the night and then got a morning wood following it, that you feel a sore dick while you wake up?

The sore dick I am talking about is when you fap twice and then the 3rd or 4th time you feel a sore painful feeling.
4.Do you get that soreness jus after single ejaculation while getting a semi erection for second round , be it sex or morning wood after wet dreams, Which one should feel only after 5th ejaculation or more.

5.Does refractory period heal and restore to through nofap? Which I mean by,
    A. is going at least 2-3 rounds in a day if you want to occasionally(on a holiday or honeymoon phase) not more than that. Jus on one of those days. Hope you get what I mean.
    B. And being able to have sex every day(not always but if you happen to be on a vacation or in the honeymoon phase) or
    C. every other day(in short or long-term relationships).
    D. Or it would only restore back to having sex only once or twice a week in all those scenarios?
    E. Or it won't likely restore to it's default level and be able to have sex weeks or months apart?

I know we all are different. But I am jus trying to get an average.

Considering you have no other physical issues and you are physically fit, eat right and have not other substance addicition past or present. How likely is it get back to being optimal functioning levels from completely broken RF period and PIED. Has anyone restored their RF period?

Hope my question is not too confusing or vague!
