    I am trying to recover from PMO. I feel very little pleasure whenever I ejaculate. also if I have wet dreams I hardly feel anything.

    Is there any natural cure to this?

    When you say sex, do you mean sexual intercourse? Or oral sex. An orgasm from penetrative sex isnt a problem and indiciates that you dont have an issue. If you have PIED, then an orgasm from oral sex is probably something you'd want to avoid for a while longer.

    Can you explain the difference to me? I orgasm from penetrative sex but normally don't feel that much pleasure, due to anxiety and my erections/sex drive etc not being at their normal state too
