regaining motivation after quitting

    Hi,
    How do I certainly know that the loss of motivation and fear of getting out of my comfort zone are mainly due to porn addiction not something else?
    And If PMO is the biggest reason, will I be able to regain motivation and fear less when I think about getting out of comfort zone? and how long?
