Regarding puffy nipples

    I was aware of Nofap for more than a year now. However, I rarely managed to get a streak going (my streaks average around 1-2 weeks) and when I do relapse I usually binge a few days after.

    I was wondering if somenone here had problems with puffy nipples and if Nofap helped you get rid of them and ,if the the answer is yes, how many days did it take?

    Note: I have quite low body fat (12%) and no gyno, only some really pointy comes on a semi-muscular chest.

    Please help.

    Why do you think Nofap can help you with puffy nipples?

    Them are not connected with a ''body dismorphia'' or ''hormonal imbance''
    you also tagged ''gynaecomastia'' , do you have gynecomastia?

    Are they not? Sorry then. I thought that due to fapping, the release of prolactin might contribute to this in some way or another.

    Also, I added gynecomastia because I thought that many people confronting with this might think of gynecomastia first and not puffy nipples (or that there might be a correletion somehow?)

    Sorry again for the confusion.

    Puffy nipples are only a particularity of your body , nothing patologic . Don't be alarmed.
