40 days is nothing to overlook. That takes a lot of willpower that you can continue to build from now.
unfortunately i relapsed again after 20 days that was disappointing actually.. but i’m trying to have self-compassion.. and motivate my self again.. cuz this feeling of guilt and blaming my self is not helping at all.. wish me luck
40 days ... 20 days .. that's not bad.. it's more than 2 weeks! What i try to do is beat my record everytime I relapse.. 20 days now... means I need to pass the 20 day as my next target .. Hard mod
