relapse after 33 days...

    had a great run here. not the biggest streak i've accomplished. nonetheless, its something to be thankful for.

    a lot happened for me during this streak. to name a few, i quit one of my jobs after 3 years of working there, i began talking to some girls and ended up O'ing from oral for the first time ever.

    pmo popped in my mind yesterday and i entertained the thought. today it came back augmented to a stronger urge and i began looking up pics of stars. thats my biggest mistake. once i see an image, i get into a trance its hard to turn around from there. shit happens. ill learn from this.

    i think the key here for me is to go on another run. 32-1 isnt so bad.

    i said i would close out the rest of may clean and i did. now i am going to close out the rest of june clean.

    I used to relapse on stars , thats why i blocked their names from my browsers (lol)

    NO UNFORTUNATELY . But I hope a program will come out one day!

    But I will say this and maybe it can help you out . I used K9 Blocker .
    I blocked every single word I could think of . I typed in all the celebrity names that caused me to relapse . It is not perfect , but it has saved me .
