    I relapsed after 31days but ...i never give up i will keep fighting...
    All what i am done is masturbate without watching porn...just like hypnotize..soo i need some help for the moments like this ..

    Identify what happened leading up to it, and find a way to correct it. 31 days clean is great. If you don't binge, its only a minor setback.
