    Im here at this lonely point once more, I've fell of the wagon and only have my weak will power to blame! Relapse is a BITCH! I was unstoppable the first phase in my nofap journey i went a massive 109 days, i felt like superman, Then the dreaded penis exercises started! Now I'm not on about the great kegel and reverse kegels, they are the real deal, cured my PIED and vet the strongest erection now! Im on about the balloning (pretty much edging) or any exercises that has to have you hard.

    Well now I'm cured of P it's like I've replaced that addiction with well balloting or the feeling of release, it's like a uncontrollable voice in my head, i don't think straight, forget what I've told myself self and I'm in like different state...I entered the dark side! it really is like a infection or a virus of the mind, it takes over and infects your thoughts and feelings, makes you not think properly, you only see one direction and thats to MO and at the time that seems ok, you hear a very small quite voice in the distance telling you to not do it, but the infection is like "Nah brah! ignore that idiot, this will feel good!" then you carry on down that path. F**K this shit! NO MORE!

    Hi my names Sean and I'm a masturbater addict! Argh feels good to get it out there, i know i can stop this, i did this before...I got so far! It's a will to not do this, i know my why's and the benefits and how i feel when i don't. I just need to stay present and conscious to it creeping into my mind.

    Anyway just need this rant and to share this with others! I'm not afraid to admit i need some support, i thought i didn't at first, i thought i could do this all on my own, I'm going to stay more present around this forum from now on.

    Hi Sean. Yes, penis exercises can be very troublesome. Are you willing to accept that they are no longer necessary? The simple rule of - don't touch your dick unless you are urinating or washing. This will also help to keep you away from porn.

    Oh yeah ballooning is not necassary at all! I'll just keep to kegels. Yeah that's a good rule to follow, maybe it will help me remember and stay present.

    Well it's been 130+ days since I last looked at porn, but every little helps

    personally i do kegels and sometimes it gives me an erection like there is no tomorrow. But energetically speaking, by doing kegels it helps the keep the energy from going to your head and helps keep you grounded. thats just me can be different for other people.
