I keep relapsing after two+ weeks! Not because of urges or anything but the fact that I have 0 sexual desires (towards women). Which... is good, right? My D seems like its been inactive for years. Basically i just fapp bcuz i feel like im sexually dead. Sounds very crazy i know but not sure how to deal with it. 16 days has been my max.

We need to learn that sexuality and manhood are more between the ears than between the legs. Sexuality is an expression of our energy in life as men, our way of relating and interacting to/with others, self control, striving for goals and virtue, striving to be the best we can be - it's what's in our brains (between the ears), not between the legs. Don't make your phallus, nor all the derivative expressions of the penis - like your car (which some rub and polish constantly), possessions, your muscles, whatever, the center of your universe - your ultimate identity, self-worth, attractiveness to a worthwhile mate, and the focus of manhood are not based on these - but on who you are as a man and in your male personhood (your sexual being) and not genital expression and release. Godspeed!

Environment and more, focus on your intellect (education, sense of wonder, intellectual curiosity, philosophical aspirations), spiritual life (soul, meditation, possible religious aspirations), your body (health, exercise, good eating habits, good grooming habits), your goals (PMO freedom, virtues, career, education), your relationships in life (family, friends, community, partner in life) - a much grander world out there whose center is not the big "D".

Sorry about your relapse. I remember when I relapsed after 60 fuckin days! one of the worst days in my life. But atleast its only 2 weeks plus if you start on hardcore mode now you can get fully rebooted by the new year and youll have 2016 all to yourself.

I found this to be an obstacle when I was overcoming PMO too. I was bombarded with thoughts about whether I'd still be able to 'perform' given the opportunity, whether everything still 'worked down there'. Infact, as I often say, the physical temptation wasn't the hardest part for me - the mental strain, depression, anxiety, sleep disruption etc was far more difficult for me to overcome.

Looking around, this seems to be a fairly common response after a lengthy period of time without a relapse. I think its because you're so used to it, and it can make you a little anxious when you've not relapsed for a while, especially when your arousal levels tend to drop as well at first.

Take heart though, this is your bodies way of adjusting to the new levels of chemical balance - you will come out the otherside of that anxious dip.

And trust me - your equipment is still working.

    All the best!

2 weeks is good progress man. Just keep pushing and you'll eventually break past that plateau! My best run before my new personal best which just ended at 23 days, was 14 days in April. You'll eventually make those adjustments that will get you past that plateau. It's great that you aren't satisfied with where you're at! Very soon you'll breakthrough!
