Well... I relapsed. I made it 16 incredible days on NoFap. Actually, it wasn't that hard because after the first few days it wasn't even on my mind. Time really did fly by!

I felt the benefits. Feeling more alive, more awake, more interested, less anxious, not depressed.

Here's what I think led to the relapse. Yesterday my sports team had a lock in at the school. We all basically just ran around the halls and played games all night long.

I slept for probably 2 1/2 hours max from 4:30 to 7:00. When I left, I felt tired, out of it, and depressed that it was over. I went home, and was too tired to go out with my parents, so I stayed and did nothing. The boredom, loneliness, memories of the fun with attractive girls, and the post party depression got me.

I went the internet, and slowly one thing led to another. I pulled myself twice away and mowed my lawn for a few hours, but I still felt the urge. I ended up reading literotica, and then going to the bathroom and doing M.O.

Even though I relapsed, I am sure happy that I didn't take my phone with me, and didn't relapse to porn. I am still 16 days free of seeing nude women.

Please. Everyone. For the sake of me, you, and everyone else, KEEP GOING. I salute you.
