Relapse or no relapse ???

    I have not watched Porn or masterbated for 15 days now but I have intentionally went on a pornstar’s Twitter page and only saw a pic or her breast for 3 seconds and straight away I deleted the page. Does this count as a relapse or not ??

    In my opinion, since you were able to have self-control and avoided keep looking or going to other porn websites then I guess it is not a relapse..
