Hi, I started NoFap 10 days back. I am doing good overcoming every urge and thoughts. But today i had a chat with one of my friend a girl actually and in the text chat she sent some kisses and love emojis to me and even some kissing and making out GIFs. This caused me a penis erection but i didn't masturbate or didn't do anything , but i noticed there is some small amount of liquid watery not even a drop but its just kind of WET on my penis outer skin because of this erection caused by text chat. Does this mean i relapsed or do i have to reset the counter? Please reply ASAP.

A rule for the future a relapse is when you either watch porn, masturbate, orgasm willingly, if you none concious decides to have a dream about porn and you orgasm that not up to you your counter still goes on, and pre-cum and wet dreams by the way are a sign of improvement, but like @Squid_WRLD said fantsizing is like taking a sip for a an alcoholic you are prone to an inevitable relapse especially is none long streaks
