relapse so frustrating

After 1 day 23 hours which might not seem much but its a good Start for me after 16 years of watching relentless porn without any real period of abstinence I've just gone and bloody relapsed.
So frustrating as soon as I Started trawling the sites I knew how it would end. I can't even say I enjoyed it. I'm now sat here pissed off with myself. I should have just gone straight to bed.
I hate having to go back to the beginning and start all over again.

Too many times this shit has taken presidence. I'm sick of it I'm sorting my shit out this time.
