    I relapsed after 51 days , but I want to be positive now ... I need your help ! I want you to give me some advice about what can I do to have a beautiful life and how can I love myself . I think that nofap streak it's not the most important thing ... I mean it's good to have a long streak , but essentially is to create healthy habits and to use your time in a good way .
