I just have a question that i really need to know the answer for. ...So, I was having a shower and when Got out i couldn't find my underwear, it took me time to find but as the time past i had a massive Boner, and precum and i felt horny.......Is this relapse? I don't think it is, but i just want to be sure.......I feel a little bad today......Afterall today is my 29 days.....

Doesn't sound like it, erections are perfectly normal. As long as you weren't looking at porn and didn't cum you don't need to reset.

It may not be a relapse but if you're completely free of pmo you shouldn't be getting massive boners but that's just my opinion.

No way to tell, you just need to stick with nofap , avoid PMO and you'll get there eventually.
