Think like you never have found nofap.
You were still watching porn and even that 50 days that you were clean by nofap, you were faping.

So be positive.i mean,if it works for the first time for PIED then second time will work to!!

Dont think about it.its an obsession.fight with it and go for another streak and you will be fine

Absolutely not. Why would it be??? Fifty days clean and one dirty....how is that still not a great result??

Think of it this way - - - you do 50 or 100 or 500 days (whatever the number is) and you stumble....and then you say to yourself, "Well..that's it. All over. Back to porn".

    Seriously? You'd think like that?

Of course not. You keep going because you've built up some nice momentum. All is certainly not lost. However, be careful of the "Chaser Effect" at this point.

It will only if you let it. Keep going. You'll be fine. This isn't a sprint..it's a marathon..a way of life. Just because you have a small falter, you don't change the way of life. Stay positive. Your brain can do wonderful things when you focus and stay positive. BUT, if you put in your head..."Is this gonna effect me???" you'll dwell on it. Let it go. Continue. You're fine.

Your brain doesn't know "a number". It does what it does. What do I mean? This - is PIED "cured" by 30 days? 50 days? 100 days??? What is the number? There isn't A NUMBER. The brains heals when it heals. It doesn't understand a NUMBER. So don't judge your triumphs and your mishaps using solely NUMBERS.

It's exactly IMO like when you life weights. Your body doesn't understand what 100 pounds is. Or 50. It feels weight and tension, but it doesn't know it as a number.

You stumbled. Who cares if it's at 50 or whatever? Keep going. You'll be fine. It's JUST a number. In the BIG picture, that number doesn't mean much. You're looking to heal, not have a number on a plaque.
