Last night I ended up relapsing after 41 days, but it's ok. I still have all my benefits. A lot of people think that relapsing after a long streak means they will lose their benefits but the truth is you still feel the same as long as you don't keep relapsing . Success is never linear so don't let the number of days get into your head. Just get back up and try again.

The good news is you haven’t relapsed. You’ve reset. A relapse is when you continue to repeat the behaviour over and over again and fall back into the problematic PMO cycle. Reset your counter and go again.

Urge and anxiety are my short-term obstacles, complacency is the long-term obstacle. I feel no craving for porn after a month of quitting, but ALMOST relapsed at day 100+ when I have to stay home for weekend after catching a cold, and I went back to look for age and hieght of favorite porn actress of my past self. I came to my senses and stopped it.
