I relapsed after 72 days cuz when I was sleeping I cummed so much after dreaming then I woke up cleaned my cum then was going back to sleep so I thought I'd fap since I didn't do it for 72 days so I did it and slept but it was not enjoyable since I cummed while sleeping then masterbauted so today I woke up and did it again with a video to enjoy the complete moment and go back to nofap hardmode but when I was fapping my phones battery finished so I cummed without any video and I couldn't enjoy it completely to go back to disciplining myself to go to hard so my question is should I fap tomorrow morning with porn and go back to hardmode after enjoying myself completely or just fight my urges and dont do it

  2. The less porn you watch the better. The answer is no you shouldn't fap to porn but I understand wanting to get it out of your system considering you've already watched porn. Still, in reality this is just an excuse but it's really up to you whether you want to start fresh today or tomorrow. Just beware of the chaser effect, don't let it turn from one last day of porn to one last week! Good luck on your next streak bro!

If you really want to give up P or PMO, you need a mindset change. If you're addicted it should be a harmful thing you avoid, not something you take advantage of whenever you get the chance.

  4. 72 days in and you still correlate fapping to enjoyment?
You got a long way ahead of you.

Don't do it. Fix your mindset.

seems like you have a problem with ur thinking pattern ( like I had)
i was depressed in the last couple of months and its really hard to get on a streak with the depressed mind, so I went for therapies and feeling better now, its better to pay your attention 1st on your mind and then try to overcome with addictions

    good luck
