Relapsed again because of a girl

    I met a girl and ended up talking for hours at a pub.

    However, when I came home it caused me to relapse because she reminded me of a certain porn actress. Won't give that name to prevent a trigger but she very much looks like her.

    Not sure what to do. Guess I now realize that before putting an end to PMO meeting girls definitely makes it more difficult.

    It was your decision to relapse. Why are you blaming it on her? Start from square one and learn from your mistakes. Good luck.

    Dating and meeting girls while doing these nofap goals is challenging. Thats why i'm not being active right now i guess i might come across as being a bit like a wall but its for my own good in the long run. You just need to practice self control. One relapse and you have to start all over again. If you are aiming for 90 days like me then you have just set yourself back think about that for a second. Every time you relapse you are further away from actually getting into a relationship with a real girl if you are still single. And all that for a little dopamine hit from PMO its not worth it.

    Exactly. Like the thought of a relationship is still in my head, but I don't think I'm going to jump into one anytime soon.
