Relapsed again

    I was on a streak of 22 days and I broke it by doing pmo twice in one day. I even had prec*m once. So I count it as 2.5 tumes relapse.

    My problems are :-
    Attention/memory problems
    Social Anxiety/ isolation
    Depression, mood swings, brain fog
    Acne on face and body , dull skin.
    Fatigue , Weakness and Difficulties in gaining weight (I'm skinny)
    Muscle tremors in face cheeks and in leg thigh muscles and few other parts of the body
    Eye floaters
    Low motivation in life
    I believe that my addiction has ruined my life to a great extent. I'm currently 19 and I have already confessed to my Dad about it but still I couldn't stop it since a year.
    My longest streak was 169 days last year

    Since then my streaks keep ending after max 30-45 days.
    Any advice??

    Hopefully I won't relapse again

    Just keep on fighting.

    At least you belong to the PMO addicts that are aware and tries to fight their addiction.

    There are two other kinds, and be glad you are not among them:

    1. Guys that are aware they are porn addicts but want to continue with porn, since they find the thought overwhelming to even try (one of my friends is like that)
    2. Guys that are so fucked up that they dont even want to admit they have an addiction.

    Currently goin thru same thing symptoms n all jus like yours was on 7 month streak broke it by pmo giving into my urges before that I felt myself healing slowly but surely brain n memory n everything was clearing up best thing to do is keep goin stop giving into ya urges I gotta take my own advice cause I’m still struggling but you’ll get there can message me for more details
