Relapsed and relased liquid instead of semen

I just ended a 120 day streak,feel bad about it but it's okay,i don't beat myself with it,but strage thing i released some liquid and didn't feel tired or any different at all after,is this normal ? maybe it's a good thing that i didn't released semen(about all that semen retention benefits)
