Relapsed because of illness?

    Hello guys, today and yesterday I relapsed a few times, jerked off to porn.

    I had a 10 day streak without porn & masturbation. For the last couple of days, I feel ill and very weak, cannot do any useful things. And I checked some porn...

    On Monday I had sex with a nice girl, we are dating for a while now. I had proper erection almost during the whole time, but I had difficulties... She said she enjoyed it very well... But I couldn't ejaculate after all.

    Why is that? How the fck can I avoid falling back again and again??

    I think you entered the flatline, look up nofap flatline and find information about it so you can be ready for it. When I heard of nofap but didn't do research I thought it wasn't working because each time I entered the flatline I thought, "well this is terrible I feel aweful", but it is really the second sign of progress (the first being the relative euphoria after not succumbing to the first couple days of urges). It lasts varying amounts of time for people, but you just need to get to the other side and then you will feel better for life.
