How could I do this to myself? I'm a failure. I've been trying to quit for months. I feel like I'm in this loop I can't get out of.

    Hi man,

Nothing is impossible cause the word itself says "I'm possible"_ copied it from another thread.

You can quit PMO but first thing first you gotta make your brain hate PMO just as you've made your brain in-love with pmo.

Take your time, think about your past failures and truly REGRET it! But don't beat yourself. Regretting does help a LOT because our Messenger (PBUH) has said, "When one commits a sin, a piece of his heart will darken, if he keeps doing the same sin without regretting and repenting, his whole heart will darken and he'll no longer think what he's doing is wrong."

So yea there's that, take your time, read this carefully and move one when you get what it means cause it only doesn't refer to pmo it refers to deep things.

Make yourself pure, what I mean is after masturbation take a shower, I know you might do this but think of your shower as a shield, preferably take cold shower so then when the urges get strong your brain wouldn't push for it as much cause it knows after masturbaion there's an execution with cold water. Also, read the following links for further info:

At last but not least, "Our cavern [NoFap] is not a cavern of despair and hopelessness, come, even if you have broken your vows a thousand times, come yet again."
