Hello everyone!I am new to nofap. since 15 I have been masturbating atleast 3 times a week and feel guilty when i relapse that I failed again.this is the first time I have talked about it.My longest record was of around 1 month last year.This time I wanna go further.Today is 6th day!Hope to go on,achieve milestones like u guys!!!

Hi D.J
I am trying to change my external environment for prevailing days like studying in library and have started cycling. As the days will pass,I feel we will balk in a better way against Pmo!!
