relapsed on day 10

hello guyz good evening to everyone ,i started my journey again from oct 7 i could do upto oct 17 unfortunately yesterday i had extreme urges i felt i would become potent forever i feared that i got relapsed .one good thing happened is this time i didnt watch anyporn but masturbated with my thoughts only that little gave me some relief but somewhat disappointed after relapsing on day 10 it was quite a big acheivement for me
but with all ur support i could go upto that streak .I like to thank you all .NOW again i have started from day 1 wish me guyz u r support and motivation is highly required
if any suggestions from u i am happy to adopt and improvements which are required plz tell me i am ready to adopt those techniques
