    After completion of my DAY 17 of NO PMO I relapsed twice feeling down.

    Don't worry man things are gonna be okay. I know how it feels to relapse you feel disappointed and sometimes frustrated. But don't let it bring you down, just learn from this relapse and try not to make the same mistake.

    Take care of not falling into the rabbit hole. It happened to me and I still have a hard time recovering. Seek motivation as soon as possible.
