Pretty pathetic, going from a 70 day streak to not even being able to pass 2 days, stupid rationalisations in my head "relapse today, you can start tommorow". Despite my binging I am determined to pick myself up and make 50 days before the start of September, after tommorow I don't have another chance to do that. I realised how empty porn makes you feel after you have done the deed, I wouldn't be sorry if I never heard it mentioned again. I've quit PMO before so I can quit it again.

Thank you, I've been on a binge on and off for a month or so but that ends today. I wish you good look with your streaks and here's to many more days free from pmo.
