Pretty pathetic, going from a 70 day streak to not even being able to pass 2 days, stupid rationalisations in my head "relapse today, you can start tommorow". Despite my binging I am determined to pick myself up and make 50 days before the start of September, after tommorow I don't have another chance to do that. I realised how empty porn makes you feel after you have done the deed, I wouldn't be sorry if I never heard it mentioned again. I've quit PMO before so I can quit it again.
Its not pathetic man, it's all part of the journey. Pick yourself back up, learn from the relapse and keep going. If you can make 70 days you can quit forever.
