    Why is it so hard to conquer yourself? Compromising what you want most for what you want now. Being so submissive to your temporary defeats. Why is eternal victory so unconvincing at that point?

    Go find a girl and embarrass yourself as much as you can.

    Personally a reject was what set my mind and now i'm on 32 day streak after more than half a year of constant failures.

    I was the same.I knew what is at stake and what to do but somehow wasn't motivated enough to prove that i can actually do it.Until the reject i was losing nothing, then i lost the opportunity to have the girl.

    Also while i thought about nofap as a challenge i failed a lot.Since i am thinking about all this as my new lifestyle everything is so easy.Giving that i'm still waiting some real urge to hit me...
