Alright guys, I'm not entirely sure if I've just relapsed due to the fact that I feel good and guilty at the same time.

As of the time of writing this it's 6 AM and about 2 hours ago I woke up with morning wood and I was struggling to fall back asleep. I've had many wet dreams during my reboot and I know with 100% certainty that another one was coming due to how the other occasions played out.

Wet dreams are my toughest adversary as of right now because if I wake up during or right before one, I get crazy urges.

So there was some touching involved but not really any actual M, although I reached some kind of O and I think I tried stopping a couple times but I was half asleep and my brain was seeking a way of getting that dopamine kick before the actual wet dream.

In a sense, I feel like this "relapse" was necessary, I believe I'm making progress but I don't feel healed yet despite making it over 100 days so far, I've noticed that all of my relapses taught me something. It's also worth noting that I started slacking a couple weeks ago, reducing my workouts and being exposed to some psubs, which ultimately might've led to this.

I did get lazy overall and I did give in to this urge so I think I should probably reset the counter but at the same time it also felt like a necessary step that I needed to take, in a way.

Any advice on dealing with wet dreams? Or maybe sleeping better, or even dealing with urges in the middle of the night...?

    Hey Bro

First, wet dreams are natural for a man to expel his semen during sleep. Urges are also natural for all men.

The key is to make your wet dreams and urges be manageable.

I'd recommend writing down all triggers, sleeping pattern, diet in a journal to see when and why wet dreams happen. Same for your urges.

They could be your body's way of withdrawing the addictions. It wouldn't hurt to go to your doctor to get your body checked out.

Good Luck. Stay strong Bro! They are natural, just try to keep them in manageable levels.
