    relapsed again and going down the road of looking and chatting in rooms about things i was trying to get away from and defiinitely feeling the conditioning happen again. This is tough.

    If you have not PMO'ed yet, just close the browser and step outdoors. There is life out there. Breathe some fresh air and have a cuppa tea or coffee. You are 16 days good ! Do not enter into that world.. I had this happen 3 days ago... the aftermath is not pretty !
