Why does my brain told me: Its ok to masturabte, watch porn, NoFap doesn’t matter...
I keep on relapsing, this is so dang hard... I keep getting people tryna bring me down, even when I told my mom I wanted to stop fapping, she said: It’s normal to masturbate at your age, why won’t you keep doing it... WT* IS WRONG WITH THOSE PEOPLE.... I KEEP GETTING DEPRESSED AND SHI*T AFTER I FAP... pls tell me what should I do... I’ve stopped fapping for 3 weeks, and relapsed... My crush told me she was “taking a walk” with another guy yesterday... I’ve relapsed 4 days ago, then 2 days ago, then today... pls give me some motivation... Also I’ve heard sum bullsh*t saying prostate cancer if u don’t fap and I’m hypochondriac, so I don’t want it... But after sum researches I found that it doesn’t give you cancer if you don’t fap

You need to do this for you. You're the one who has to deal with the negative consequences, so the opinions of others on this subject don't matter.

I would recommend finding a better outlet to relieve stress. Music/Exercise works well for me.

There are two voices - your own healthy voice of conscience that wants recovery, and the dark secret addict's voice within you, who lurks around with confusing and creepy messages. Learn to shine a sharp spotlight upon the addict lurking in the shadows. Do this at the very first sign you suspect him, and he'll flee. Best wishes!
