    i relapsed today and i pledge to myself to not check porn for the coming 30 days,the start of it all is in porn that then continues to masturbation and eventually useless orgasms.
    i have been trying to go on the past of SR since quite some time now,only to relapsed this bad everyday.

    Keep going! I fell last night after a 56-day streak, and before that I have fallen in my journey so many times. But, if you keep getting back up after every fall, I promise eventually things will go the right way. There was a time when making it a whole day was extremely difficult for me, but after many times of getting back up I eventually hit a 180-day streak. I will continue to get back up as everyone on here should do when a relapse occurs, eventually we will win.
