Odd as it may seem Taariq, that is an advantage. Why?

• You are pushing through the very difficult chaser effect of urges, which lasts for @ 3 days after your last relapse; and
• You know when your most testing time is, and this means that you can be proactive in using your countermeasures.

So, examine why the weekends and holidays are times of relative weakness for you. It might be that you are busy and distracted midweek. It might be habitual - 'I always do it now', which makes it seem inevitable. Maybe there are things you do or places you go that weaken your resolve - Friday night drinking or going to a nightclub. Instead of masturbating this weekend, sit down and really try and understand what is happening and, more importantly, why. When you have done that, come back and write a couple of paragraphs about it here.
