    Ughh. Went 6 days then a relapse tonight. I was so angry with myself. A couple weeks back I had made it 12 days .

    I'm going away tomorrow so I know for sure no pmo till Monday. I so wanted to carry my 6 day streak into my trip but if I look at the big picture I went from masturbating almost every day for a long time to 4 times in the last 4 weeks. I've gotten over smoking and drinking and I know I'll do this. Can anyone recommend a good block for android?

    Keep at it. Baby steps, don't let once turn into a binge. As for the blocker, I'm not sure, I'm sure someone else will have a suggestion though.
