31 Male here, started masturbating when I was 10 years old and now it is full blown habit, i read about nofap and was able to hold for 30 days but keep on relapsing after every 4th day there on {today being the one}, cant take these perverted thoughts out of my head, though my brain knows the immense benefits of nofap, it wont think twice before relapsing, feel like life is just screwing with me
