Relapses

I'll get straight to the point, when I relapse, I relapse hard. I start fapping 2-3 times a day for several days at a time. stopping relapse is the ultimate goal, however right now I'm concerned with what to do when I do relapse. any advice for making my relapses less extreme, and how to end them sooner? I know it's mostly a matter of personal willpower, however I was wondering if there are any technics that might help? thanks.
