Relapsing in the start

    Guys on 25 july I decided that I am going to start no PMO but relapsed. On 26 also relapsed. Actually I was not really commited but from tomorrow onwards 27 july I m really going to do it.I will update my daily status here, what I'm feeling n all.approx 1 year ago I did a 15 months streak afterwards I was distracted by staying in home in covid.But now I m back.looking for support and cooperation.
    I really want to change my life.

    Hi, were you properly prepared, have you read up on porn addiction again, refreshed your memory how the addiction works and how porn changes are brain. Did you have a plan of action and programme in place to help you defeat the urges. Good luck

    Do you mean in general or since I joined?

    Well I will answer you to both even though I disagree in counting, in general I realized I was an addict like a few months ago so a lot actually since I kept going back at it, even though I was trying to stop, I had even thought to go to the church at some point and find my belief again, but all of those were words that I didn't had the courage to do.
    Now, since I joined which is not long ago about 1 month, I have relapsed with pmo 2 times, I once reseted in the beginning again before the 1st relapse actually because of a wet dream, but now I know it's not a reset and I was exposed to some sfw lust photos once and I felt aroused so I reset. So you can see how much more accountable that made me.
