This is really hard. Everyone here knows it and keeps fighting which is an achievement itself. I've relapsed recently and I feel like crap, but what I'm experiencing right now isn't what I was experiencing when I first started Nofap. The urges are weaker and ignoring them is easier. The changes are still here. I'm not at square one. Relapsing again happens by your own decision so you can easily avoid it. We're making progress people! Even the smallest streaks has their effect! So never give up.
I need to come back to this forum for now. You guys are a great part in my progress. Thanks to everyone in this forum :)

I've been at this for a couple years and with some decent amounts of ongoing success, and have had a real similar experience. I think because looking at P is just a symptom of the real problem which is internal - resetting or relapsing doesn't accurately portray the internal gears that are really working on the inside.

Things have steadily progressed for me too, despite falling down a number of times. I feel like I've got a new lease on life now, and I've only got 13 days - but it's really real - and for the first time in the whole 2 years I'm really diving deep inside myself - which is healing me, just started but - but it's a lifetime coming of addressing the core stuff.

I totally agree, just being here is a success! :) We're making it! Keep on keeping on --------------->
