Hi. Im 20 I'm starting doing nofap, with the intention of adding real sex little by little. What do you think is the relationship between Nofap and premature ejaculation? I have noticed that as the days go by, i come faster . Do you know how to correct it? Well I would not like to have premature ejaculation when Im with her. Regards
I have not researched the topic, but from personal experience I can tell you I am much more sensitive and I have much more precum as well. I wouldn't be surprised if there was premature ejaculation when you have been PMO-free for a long time. It should get better with practice.
