Renewed marriage

I am officially on day 30. This is a milestone for anyone. Definite notices have come, physically, mentally, spiritually, and relationally.

I have noticed the change physically by testosterone. I can feel a difference in the gym. I'm stronger and am looking better. I don't have as many urges as before, but when I feel that feeling in my balls, I know how to combat it.

I am thinking more clearly. My thoughts are much more clear and thinks make sense easier. I have a better train of thought. I have less anxiety. Knowing that I have been clean and quit PMO has allowed me to make better eye contact with people. I don't feel so dirty anymore. I don't make myself sick anymore.

I can really feel the transformation taking place in my mind and inner man. I feel like I am drawing closer to God everyday. Being in church yesterday was awesome!! The worship service was amazing and a blessing from the Holy Spirit. I know that Christ takes away our shame and guilt if we ask him. By doing my part and staying clean, I feel like I deserve to be with other believers, worshipping Him.

My marriage used to be so bland sexually. My wife and I had sex every couple weeks. It sucked. Same position. Yawn.....now that I have been PMO free, the last week has been amazing with her. I don't know what it is exactly. I know my confidence is back. I don't feel so guilty and am more open with her. I feel our relationship growing. She doesn't know about my NoFap journey but it is making a change for us. She's been the one wanting sex multiple times a day, different positions and different ways to get off. Guy who are married, if you read this, please know it helps your marriage. God didn't intended us to marry a woman then gawk at porn. Freedom and frequency in sex in a marriage, I believe is what He intended. I find that conversations with her aren't as forced with her anymore. It's just natural.

I get nervous thinking about having 60-90 days before my reboot is 100%, but I will keep doing what has made this successful for the last 30 days, and I will be ok

Stay clean and if you fall, get back up. You never lose unless you quit!!
