    I relapse sooner and sooner.
    The last months i rarley relapsed, but since a few weeks i relapse all the time.

    I end up watching porn (soft porn) but instantly picture myself in these fucked up Situations and it‘s just haunting me.

    Really anxious/scared that it gets worse again.

    You can do this get back up , better to be freedom of time , feedom of guilt,freedom to feel better about yourself , than being a slave to porn , have a dark shadow over you and feelin yucky after a yucky session of porn slavery ! U can do it
