replacing pmo with life

    Decided to make a schedule of productive activities that can help me in my journey. They will be neglected as foe now to a certain extent do to my recovery and current mental fog but I start will start on my goals none the less. I had a strike of 3 months once and all I did was read and write music. It was the most amazing time of my life and now I just want to get back to that. It's time to walk into my destiny.

    Using the time and energy gained from quitting PMO to improve yourself and your life is probably one of the best things you can do with NoFap. Stick to that plan, stay strong and best of luck to you!
