    DO NOT DO THIS. It fucks ur reboot massively and ive experienced downfall of many streaks because of it! The benefits of nofap are strong but dont sit still.

    That's similar to the argument of "once I get married, I won't struggle with porn anymore." It's the idea that as long as you supplement your addiction, it will go away. As you've pointed out, this couldn't be further from the truth.
